Rise Representatives are one of the most critical member facing elements of Rise. Rise Representatives are responsible for ensuring the elegant and flawless travel experience our members expect each day they fly with Rise.

As a Rise Representative, you will develop and retain relationships with all current and potential Rise members. You will be asked anticipate ways to make their travel better before they arrive to a flight by Rise, and to surprise and delight them by surpassing those needs and wishes. Our Rise Representatives’ genuine care for our members drives loyalty to the Rise brand, and you will be asked to save them time and dignity during their travel experiences in every way possible. You will be responsible for greeting members when they arrive at the airport, ensuring they have a relaxed experience on the ground until departure, and greeting incoming flights when they arrive at your location. You will also work closely behind the scenes with the Rise Operations Team in ensuring a safe and secure flight experience behind the scenes and find yourself involved in many aspects of Rise as a whole. Weekend availability may be required.
